the Process
what your vip week looks like
1 week before: strategy call
One week prior to your VIP Week, we'll connect on a 1:1 strategy call over Zoom to outline your business goals and vision for your new branding.
mon-tue: brand design
After our call, I'll get to work designing all the assets included in your brand kit from logos to color palettes and more. By Tuesday, your new branding will be sent for review.
wed-thu: website & social media templates
The rest of the week will be devoted to customizing your new Showit website template and social media Canva templates with regular email check-ins and Zoom calls when necessary.
friday: final delivery
We'll finish polishing up your website and organize all brand assets into a shared Dropbox folder for delivery. Congrats! You're ready to launch your new brand to the world!
post-launch support
After your VIP Week, you'll still be able to lean on my support for any questions related to your Showit website or using your logo files and Canva templates.
Showit is an easy-to-use, drag and drop website builder. It enables you to design a beautiful, strategic website without any code! You can easily customize, tweak or revamp any part of our website templates to better suit your brand needs.
Showit also integrates with Wordpress and is very SEO friendly. You can add in your keywords and image descriptions to better optimize your site for search engines.
In my experience as a web designer, the website copy can be one of the biggest hurdles for my clients. While the All-In-One Bundle does not include website copy by default, you have the option to add this on for an additional fee.
This done-for-you solution will include SEO-optimized copy for up to 5 website pages, namely Home, About, Contact and 2 Services pages (or one long-form sales page). Keep in mind, this option will add an additional week to your project.
The base investment for the All-In-One Bundle is $3,000 (USD). An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the moment of booking to secure your project. The remaining balance is then due by the end of your VIP Week and prior to delivery of final brand assets.
If you need a more flexible payment plan, feel free to reach out so we can discuss your unique situation.
Third-party integrations or subscriptions that may be needed to complete your project are an additional cost and the responsibility of the client. These may vary, though typically include things like your Showit subscription, font licenses, purchasing a domain name, and the like.
The social media templates work with a free Canva account, so upgrading to Pro is not required.
